Overview:

Part Time, Full Time RCA - 3pm-11pm &11pm-7am We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Aide to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and individuals with memory care needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Assist with serving in the dining area. Ensure residents' rights are respected at all times Follow care plans and report any concerns or medical issues. Ensuring that residents' living quarters are safe and organized Collaborating with management and co workers to ensure residents receive the best quality of life possible.

Skills:

Experience in healthcare, PCA, elder care. Ability to act professionally at all times. Personable, friendly and outgoing.
