Job Description

NonCertified Aide - Assisted Living We are seeking a compassionate, reliable NonCertified Aide to join our Assisted Living team. This role supports residents with daily activities, promotes independence, and helps maintain a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment. No certification is required—we provide onthejob training. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility Provide support during mealtimes, including serving food and assisting residents as needed Offer companionship and emotional support to residents Help maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and common areas Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervisory staff Assist with recreational activities and social programs Follow all facility policies and safety procedures Support the care team in creating an environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence Qualifications No certification required High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or assisted living is helpful but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to lift, move, or assist residents as necessary Ability to pass background check and required health screenings What We Offer Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth, including advancement into certified roles (PCA) Pay increase to $18.65 upon completion of PCA program.
