GENERAL SCOPE

The Home Care Associate will provide support to the Home Care team with responsibilities that include clerical and administrative duties that sustain the day-to-day operations.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

High School diploma or equivalent.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide clerical support to the department Directors and Home Care Operations Manager. Prepare documents and files. Data input and tracking and record keeping. Answering and triaging phone calls. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of (2) two years' experience working in a professional office or in a health care department. Self-driven and highly motivated reflecting a positive attitude at all times. A team player with notable interpersonal and organizational skills, exceptional attention to details skills, a strong focus on top notch customer service and the ability to function in a fast-paced changing environment.
