Requirements:

Must have valid NYS Personal Care Aide ( PCA ) or Home Health Aide ( HHA ) Certification Reliable transportation required Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:

Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
