Job Description
With over 35 years in business, the Delta-T Group has built a reputation for referring highly qualified professionals for rewarding short and long-term independent contract opportunities. Our client is seeking Residential Aides in your area.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Screen residents and visitors entering facility.
- Conducting rounds throughout facility
- Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, caring and concern.
- Support running of fire safety protocol
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and office supplies
- Complete logs, incident reports and any other required documentation
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working in Human Services or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred).
- Basic competency in MS Windows, Office, and Internet.
- Ability to walk distances and climb stairs.
