SYRACUSE, NY
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a bi-lingual Consultant/Marketer to join our team in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and have prior experience in either Home Care or Adult Day Care settings.
Key Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish is required. Must be highly self-motivated and goal-oriented . Excellent people skills•able to build rapport and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong ability to adapt to various situations quickly and professionally. Prior work experience in Home Care or Adult Day Care is mandatory . Must be willing to travel locally to community organizations and medical offices.
Responsibilities:
Promote the center's services by visiting doctor's offices , hospitals , community centers , and other local organizations . Generate community awareness and identify potential participants for the program. Build and maintain relationships within the Spanish-speaking community. Take initiative in identifying and following up on referral leads. Represent the values and mission of the Social Adult Day Care program with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
