Home Care Field Marketer

Home Care Agency is looking for a marketer to build and grow our census. The Business Development department manages the day-to-day sales efforts of the business and is responsible for: Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources within the agency's territory and surrounding area Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources, including but not limited to the following: independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, Adult Home, Shelters, & Senior Housing. Responsibilities and Duties Developing a network of referral sources. Obtaining Enrollment information Assisting members in obtaining doctor's orders Assisting Members with Enrolment Appointments Identifying and marketing to seniors and disabled persons and to Buildings that serve such populations; Conducting presentations to consumers and professional groups; Marketing to Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries; Developing and maintaining new referral sources and/or partnerships in the community.
