Personal Care Aide (PCA)

You can first receive your PCA certification through our training program, and then start working with CarePro, our home care agency.

PCA Requirements & Key Responsibilities:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid insurance and registration Must be at least 18 years old Willingness to travel to clients' homes Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with daily living activities Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and with various needs
