As a 2nd Shift Care Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our patients and their families. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with medication administration and treatments as directed Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a healthcare setting Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds regularly Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
