Job Summary:
- We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated On-Call Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home Cleveland West in Avon, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers
- Assess and record client needs and progress, and communicate effectively with the care team and client families
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in caregiving
- Demonstrate a commitment to our company values, including empathy, compassion, and respect for our clients and their families
