Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role requires a blend of personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities Provide direct support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Lift and transfer clients safely when necessary, using proper techniques to prevent injury. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being. Stay informed about the needs of clients, adapting care strategies as required. Qualifications Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving. A compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Reliable transportation is preferred for travel between client homes.
