In Home Caregiver

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various medical settings, including geriatrics and post-acute care, and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role requires a blend of clinical skills and personal compassion, ensuring that each client receives tailored support to meet their individual needs. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans. Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare providers. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. Experience Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas: Level II Trauma Center experience Hospital medicine Emergency medicine Level I Trauma Center experience Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Operating Room (OR) experience Geriatrics Medical-surgical nursing Inpatient care settings Teaching hospital experience Post-acute care experience Outpatient clinic experience Sub-acute care experience We welcome applicants who are passionate about caregiving and have the necessary skills to provide exceptional support in a home setting.
