Job Description

New Manor Housing , in partnership with New Housing Ohio , is now hiring House Specialists for Country Garden Manor , a 16-bed Residential Class 2 group home opening under new management on July 1, 2026 . We are building a strong and dependable team during our May-June transition period , with full operations beginning July 1 . House Specialists provide essential daily care and support to adults with mental health needs, helping residents live safely, independently, and with dignity. This is a unique opportunity to join a team from the ground up and grow within a structured, supportive organization. Experience in caregiving, mental health, or healthcare is strongly encouraged. Available shifts open at this time: 3rd (10:30pm to 7:00am) and part-time.

Key Responsibilities Provide supervision and support to residents in a structured group home setting Monitor and document self-medication administration Assist with personal care services and daily living activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment Complete daily documentation, logs, and incident reports Assist with meals, housekeeping, and activities Promote life skills, independence, and positive behaviors Follow all Ohio Residential Class 2 licensure requirements and policies
Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Must be at least 18 years of age High school graduate or G.E.D. Valid driver's license
