Urgently Hiring: Caregivers (HHA)

Requirements:

Home Health Aide or caregiving experience preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. Bilingual caregivers preferred Reliable transportation preferred. Able to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and follow care plans.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote clients' well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks, prepare meals, and assist with grocery shopping. Support clients with mobility needs, such as walking, transfers, and guided exercise routines. Monitor clients' health by checking vital signs and promptly reporting any changes to supervisors. Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands as necessary. Follow individualized care plans and accurately document services provided. Help maintain a safe and clean living environment by adhering to care standards and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Hayer Homecare team to ensure quality care.

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
