Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support to children and individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood development by implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times for infants and toddlers Engage children in educational play, teaching basic skills, behavior management techniques, and fostering creativity Collaborate with families to understand individual needs and preferences while maintaining open communication about progress and concerns Maintain a clean, organized environment adhering to health and safety standards; administer first aid when necessary Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care as required Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for young children Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive!
