Job Summary The Residential Treatment Specialist supports children and youth ages 11-17 by providing: A safe and nurturing environment One-on-one support Group support Structured daily activities You will work closely with 2-3 assigned children and serve as an important member of the treatment team.

- 7:00 AM Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Welcome and support children upon admission Maintain consistent, firm, and fair relationships Provide care for health, hygiene, and daily living needs Monitor activities and whereabouts of assigned children Follow individualized care plans Document behavior and complete required reports Participate in therapeutic and recreational programming Transport children to school, appointments, and activities
