Responsibilities:

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide medication reminders Assist with mobility and transfers Accompany clients to appointments and errands Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Document services provided and communicate with care team

Qualifications:
