Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level Additional pay opportunities for: Weekends Holidays Short shifts Last-minute coverage needs Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit Full-time and part-time positions available Consistent schedules and recurring clients Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available What You'll Do As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist seniors with activities of daily living while helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Responsibilities may include:

Personal care assistance Bathing, dressing, and grooming Mobility and transfer assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Companionship and social engagement Transportation to appointments and errands Dementia and Alzheimer's support Our caregivers become trusted companions and an important part of our clients' support system. Qualifications Valid Ohio driver's license Reliable transportation and current auto insurance Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Ability to communicate effectively Smartphone for scheduling and visit documentation Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), STNA, CNA, DSP, or caring for a loved one is a plus.
