Job Description

The Bristol offers upscale senior living and personal care in a beautiful setting! We are ready to add dedicated, passionate, and skilled Resident Assistants to our growing team. Ready to apply? We are hiring for full-time, 3pm-11pm, including every other weekend. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting resident independence and dignity Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Assist with meal service, hydration, and evening routines Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Follow care plans, safety protocols, and community policies Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in senior care, assisted living, or healthcare is a plus (but not required) Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Ability to pass background checks and required screenings CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain If you're looking for a rewarding career with an employer who truly cares about employees and is dedicated to providing quality care, consider joining our team.
