Overview:

Part Time RCA 3pm-11pm & Part Time 7am-3pm We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Aide to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and individuals with memory care needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Assist with serving in the kitchen. (Dietary) Ensuring residents are taking their prescribed medication.( Med Tech) Ensure residents' rights are respected at all times Reporting any concerns or medical issues. Ensuring that residents' living quarters are safe and organized (Housekeeping/ Laundry) Performing any reasonable requests that residents ask for. Collaborating with management and co workers to ensure residents receive the best quality of life possible.

Skills:

Experience in healthcare, PCA, dietary, laundry, housekeeping etc. Ability to act professionally at all times. Personable, friendly and outgoing.
