Caregivers will assist with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying living areas Remind clients to take medications as directed Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when required Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors Maintain accurate documentation of services provided About Apoynted Care For You At Apoynted Care, we are dedicated to apointing compassionate, reliable, and personalized home care services that allow individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
