FULL TIME STNA
(State Tested Nursing Assistant) to join our team in East Cleveland, OH. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, promoting their independence and well-being. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance, under the supervision of licensed nurses Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to licensed nurses or supervisors Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of an STNA training program and certification in Ohio required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision How to Apply If you are a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this full-time STNA position.
