Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility support. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members promptly. Administer medication reminders or assistance as prescribed, following all safety protocols. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation. Follow care plans meticulously while adapting to individual needs and preferences. Document care provided accurately in logs or electronic records to ensure continuity of care. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care instructions precisely. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently with a focus on patient safety. Valid certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare training preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held.
