Home Health Caregiver

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly those with developmental disabilities or other specific needs. This role requires a blend of personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. 16 hours on Friday and 24hrs on Sunday Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction. Monitor and document vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to healthcare professionals. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary. Support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing care plans and promoting independence. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Experience Previous experience in home community care or a nursing home setting is preferred. Familiarity with working with individuals who have disabilities or developmental challenges is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of first aid practices is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
