Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Heart To Home With Helping Hands 69 N Walnut St Fletcher,Oh 45326 937-634-9682 In Home Caregiver The Caregiver is responsible for the following job duties at Heart To Home HomeCare.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. H.S. Diploma or GED. 2.Basic medical terminology. 3. Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. 4. Ability to carry out directions, read and write. 5. Reliable, Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understands and adheres to established Heart To Home HomeCare policies and procedures. 2. Provides staffing for sick leave, vacation, long term leave. 3. Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans. 4.Maintains call - in and retention report. 5. Responsible for client coverage in the event of call offs on set days (TBD) 6. Work 3 scheduled shifts per week equaling 24 hours and 1 scheduled weekend totaling 20-24 hours (Fri/Sat Nights OR Sat/Sun days). 7. Salary will be in the amount of $16.00 per hour for weekend warrior

LIFTING REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform the following tasks if necessary: Ability to participate in physical activity when with clients Mild lifting dependent on client needs Ability to do moderate bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis. I have read the above job description and fully understand the conditions set forth therein, and if employed as a caregiver, I will perform these duties to the best of my knowledge
