  • As a Personal Care Aide with Right at Home Cleveland West, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and professional in-home care to those who need it most. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional care and assistance to our clients, and we're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual like you to join our team.
  • About the Role
  • As a Personal Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care services to our clients, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and help them maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless care and support
  • Document care notes and communicate with clients and families as needed

  • Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
  • Ability to provide exceptional care and support to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate stairs (if applicable)
