- Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- 1. Provide client services as directed by the Director of Nursing or RN Supervisor. 2. Provide personal care as needed, including:
- Bathing, hygiene, grooming, and oral care
- Dressing, undressing, and toileting assistance
- Light housekeeping, bed-making, and maintaining an orderly environment
- Meal preparation, cleanup, and feeding assistance
- Medication reminders/self-administration support
- Skin care support, repositioning, and mobility encouragement
- Active/passive range-of-motion assistance per care plan
- Walking, transferring, and mobility assistance
- Taking and recording vital signs, height, weight, intake, and output as required 3.
- Privacy and dignity during care
- The right to accept or refuse care
- Confidentiality of client information
