House Manager for Developmental Disabilities

What You'll Do:

Provide direct personal care and support to clients in their homes or community settings. Assist clients with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Transport client to appointments, shopping venues, and personal endeavors if applicable. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans, if applicable. Engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being and community involvement. Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring clients safely. Schedule employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in patient care or home health preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families. Ability to lift and assist clients as needed for daily activities. Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing the lives of others. Manage employee schedules Manage client's schedule, including doctors visits and other appointments.

Licensure/Certification:

This individual is fun and playful, with a very positive outlook on life! Please note this house only has one individual. Client currently attends two day programs weekly. One on Monday, which has outside transport. The other program (Medicore) client attends Tuesday thru Friday. Both day programs are from 9am-2pm. Client will need transport from Cleveland location to home at 2pm Tuesday-Friday. Drving rate equals to about 20.00 per trip. Ready to make a difference? Compensation:

Starting at $21.00/hr Monday - Sunday available Drive consumer to/from

ADS Center:

rate equals to $20 dollars per trip.
