Day Shift Caregivers Needed (8AM-5PM or 9AM-5PM) | Up to $20/hr with Bonuses | Medina, OH OCal Home Care is hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide in-home care for clients in Medina, OH . This is a great opportunity for caregivers seeking consistent daytime hours and a supportive team environment. Caregiver Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $15.00 per hour Bonus opportunities — earn up to $20/hour total compensation Consistent daytime schedules (8AM-5PM or 9AM-5PM) Supportive leadership team Opportunities for growth and advancement Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Prepare meals and assist with daily routines Perform light housekeeping tasks Assist with mobility and transfers Run errands and/or accompany clients to appointments Caregiver Qualifications Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience required STNA preferred, but not required Ability to assist with lifting/transfers (up to 50 lbs) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be authorized to work in the U.S. About the Role This position is ideal for dependable caregivers who prefer steady daytime hours and are passionate about helping others.
