Activity Leader

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Leader to support adults with developmental disabilities, by planning and leading meaningful activities that promote independence, life skills, social interaction, and personal growth. As an Activity Leader, you will be the driving force behind fun-filled programs that encourage learning, teamwork, and personal achievement in a safe and nurturing environment. Duties Teaching daily living skills such as laundry, cooking, basic cleaning tasks, while encouraging participants to build confidence and independence Organize and lead social and recreational activities such as bingo, arts and crafts, games, and community activities Support participants with personal hygiene assistance Transporting individuals to and from day program in company vehicles Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with less than four points on driving record Ability to pass a background check Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Ability to teach and assist with daily living skills such as cooking, laundry, and personal care routines Must be able to work as part of a team and follow program guidelines Join us as an Activity Leader and be part of a dedicated team committed to enriching lives through fun, recreational, and social activities that inspire growth and confidence. Pay:

$16.50 - $22.00 per hour
