Job Description

Resident Care Aide (RCA) - Part Time RCA 2pm-10pm Meadow Falls of North Royalton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Aide to join our team! As a Resident Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. If you have a passion for working with seniors and individuals with care needs, we welcome you to apply for this rewarding full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Assist with serving in the kitchen (Dietary) Ensure residents' rights are respected at all times Report any concerns or medical issues Ensure residents' living quarters are safe and organized (Housekeeping/Laundry) Perform any reasonable requests that residents ask for Collaborate with management and coworkers to ensure residents receive the best quality of life possible
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare, PCA, dietary, laundry, housekeeping, and/or related fields Ability to act professionally at all times Personable, friendly, and outgoing demeanor Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic and patient demeanor Strong time management skills
