In this role, you won't just be providing "care"—you'll be empowering an individual to live their most independent, fulfilling life in the comfort of their own home. Whether you are assisting with daily personal tasks or facilitating community outings, your presence makes the difference between someone simply "getting by" and someone truly thriving. Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day will be a blend of practical support and meaningful companionship.
Core duties include:
Personal Care:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Health & Wellness:
Medication reminders, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with physical therapy exercises as prescribed.
Household Support:
Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying) and nutritious meal preparation based on dietary needs.
Community Integration:
Providing transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social events to encourage community engagement.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate daily logs of activities, behavioral shifts, and health milestones. What You Bring to the

Ability to listen actively and communicate clearly with clients, families, and medical staff.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or as a DSP preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate!).
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Certifications:
Current CPR/First Aid certification,
STNA or CNA Background:
Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
Transport:
Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and an insured vehicle. Qualifications Be at least 18 years old Be able to lift 25+ lbs Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a safe vehicle Be willing to work weekend shift Must pass background check Join our team of dedicated caregivers who make a difference in the lives of those we serve every day!
