Job Description
Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Offer care and support
- Perform CPR if necessary
- Work with individuals with disabilities
- Provide care in an Assisted Living setting
- Conduct patient observation and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations Requirements
- Experience or certification in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of senior care practices and techniques
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience when caring for others
