Caregiver

Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate care records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of living spaces Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer devices to ensure safe mobility and prevent injury during transfers Document care plans, patient progress, and incident reports accurately to ensure seamless communication among team members Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia is highly preferred Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training or hospice care are advantageous Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in condition or behavior Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and team members Knowledge of care plans, medication administration procedures, and safety protocols for vulnerable populations Experience working with individuals with autism or memory care needs is a plus Join us to provide exceptional caregiving that enriches lives! $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
