Pay & Benefits:

$13.50 - $17 per hour to start Pay increases available in as little as 90 days Flexible schedules (part-time and full-time, weekdays or weekends) Work close to home whenever possible Paid training and ongoing support Opportunities to grow into higher-paying roles

What You'll Do:

Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meals) Provide companionship and emotional support Help with light housekeeping and errands Support clients in staying safe and independent at home Drive clients to appointments or activities (when needed)

Requirements:

Caring, dependable, and reliable Reliable transportation (for some assignments) Ability to complete standard pre-employment checks Authorized to work in the U.S. No experience required — paid training provided.
