About Us:

Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and outgoing Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our field staff and clients to ensure every shift is filled and all clients receive consistent, high-quality care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in being dependable and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for PCA's to ensure all client needs are met. Communicate effectively with staff and clients to manage schedule changes, call-offs, and last-minute adjustments. Serve as the primary contact for scheduling concerns, including on-call responsibilities for nights and weekends. Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation in scheduling software or agency systems. Support the team in building strong relationships with clients and caregivers through clear, friendly communication. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and optimize scheduling coverage.
Skills & Qualifications:
Highly organized, responsible, and detail oriented. Friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate clearly with both clients and staff. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling software or databases.
Preferred:
1 year of scheduling or healthcare coordination experience (home care experience a plus).
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range:
