Job Description
Are you someone who likes helping others and have a little fun doing so? Then please read on. Hearth and Home of Urbana Senior Living Community likes to give our residents what they want: dignified healthcare in a non-institutionalized setting where people like to have fun. Our employees don't push medication or meal carts or wear different colored scrubs. Heck, we don't even wear scrubs. With an average of 1 admission a month and 1:10 resident to aide ratios, we like to make sure our employees have time to take care of our residents and get to know them. As a STNA/Caregiver you will be assisting our residents in their activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring and feeding). You will also be part of a care team that makes differences in people's lives. Wouldn't it be nice to have a job that means something! Qualifications include a caring attitude towards your fellow human beings, ability to work independently and as a team, punctual and have a pleasant disposition that promotes customer service and hospitality.
