Job Description
The person functioning as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) is responsible for providing direct care and supported living services to adults with Developmental Disabilities (DD), and/or mental illness in their homes. Please specify desired shift when responding to job posting. 1st shift 7a-3p 2nd shift 3p-11p 3rd shift 11p-7a Weekends Hiring for Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions Please specify desired shift when responding to job posting . This person will enhance the individual's ability in maintaining a safe, secure, sanitary and healthy environment: Provide supervision and guidance to each consumer in accordance with his/her Individual Service Plan. Assist each consumer in planning and implementing in-home and community-based activities. Act as role models and promote positive lifestyles for each consumer. Advocate for the safety and well-being of each consumer to appropriate management personnel. Provide physical assistance as needed, including but not limited to, personal care, housekeeping and transportation
