Hiring a Caregiver in Cherokee Oklahoma! Make a real difference in people's lives while enjoying competitive pay flexible hours, paid time off, 401(k) with match, and health benefits. FirstLight Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors and individuals with special needs. We are in need of a Caregiver with open availability including Saturdays.
What we offer:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Flexible scheduling Paid time off 401(k) with company match Health, dental and vision insurance Paid orientation Ongoing development and training opportunities Annual employee appreciation events Referral bonus program Supportive and respectful team culture Your responsibilities: Provide non medical care and companionship to clients in various settings, including homes and group facilities. Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation and mobility support Assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and errands Support individuals with dementia, physical limitations and special needs Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting emotional well-being What we are looking for: Open availability including weekends preferred Minimum of 1 year of caregiving work experience preferred Experience with Hoyer lift, gait belt and dementia preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required If you are dependable, compassionate, and ready to make an impact, apply today!
