Lawn Service Foreman Job DescriptionPosition Title Lawn Service Foreman Job Type Full-Time Position Summary Aztec Contractors is seeking a dependable, hardworking Lawn Service Foreman to lead a lawn maintenance crew. The Foreman is responsible for safely operating company vehicles and equipment, managing daily job sites, ensuring quality work, and leading crew members to complete residential and commercial lawn maintenance efficiently and professionally. This position requires someone who can work independently, operate equipment safely, communicate with customers when needed, and represent the company in a professional manner. Primary Responsibilities Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew. Drive a company truck with trailer safely to and from job sites. Load, secure, transport, and unload lawn equipment. Operate commercial zero-turn mowers. Operate walk-behind and push mowers. Operate string trimmers (weed eaters). Operate backpack and handheld blowers. Perform edging around sidewalks, driveways, flower beds, and curbs. Trim shrubs and perform light landscape maintenance as needed. Ensure all properties are serviced according to company quality standards. Complete routes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs.
