Job Description

Will train, supervise and evaluate individuals on a one-on-one basis in daily living skills, self-care and community integration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist clients with living skills: cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks. Assist client with personal care needs. Assist client with community activities and money management. Assist clients with medication administration and doctor's visits. Carry out the habilitation outcomes in the client's plan of care. Assist client with job training skills.
