No experience? No problem! We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one with individuals, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve greater independence. Every day is different and rewarding! Your Responsibilities Support individuals in developing daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household management. Assist with personal care and promote healthy, independent routines. Encourage community involvement through recreational, social, and educational activities. Help individuals build money management and budgeting skills. Assist with medication administration and accompany clients to medical appointments. Implement individualized goals and support plans designed to help clients thrive. Provide coaching and support with job readiness and vocational skills. Build positive relationships while celebrating personal achievements and milestones.
