Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Must be 18 years of age or older. Be knowledgeable and adhere to a resident's service plans. Maintains residents' dignity by providing privacy and confidentiality. Effectively engage and communicate with elderly individuals. Exhibit patience, tact, and willingness to handle challenging situations. Foster positivity and actively engage in daily problem-solving. Ability to accurately document activities of daily living. Compassionate bedside manner and empathy toward residents Must have Heimlich Maneuver training within the first 120 days. Understanding of and commitment to residents rights and dignity. First aid certification and Food handler's card within first 120 days of employment.
