Job Description:

Caregiver (non-medical) / In-Home Care Aide

• Provide personal care services to clients as identified per agency policies and procedures and assist with activities of daily living Assistance with personal care and hygiene (bathing) Support with mobility Light housekeeping Doing errands and transportation Meal preparation Companionship Other responsibilities including life enrichment

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US Available to commute within Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas and Yamhill counties

• must be willing to commit 10
• 25-mile/per shift/per client Valid driver license is required Reliable personal vehicle is required Valid car insurance is required Mobile/Cell phone is required Ability to communicate well in English
• speak, read and write Pass a State and Federal background check
