YOUR ROLE AS A LEAD FLOAT CAREGIVER
You'll do more than assist, as a Lead Caregiver, you'll bring companionship, dignity, and joy to seniors in your community.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining the most comprehensive levels of training to serve and support all Client service levels needed Flexibility to serve and support all Clients and all service needs - including last minute needs Working all types of shifts and hours as needed Advanced skills in all areas of Caregiving Mobility assistance and transportation Personal care and medication management Alzheimer's/ Dementia care Nurse-delegated tasks
OUR SERVICE AREA
- Work with Clients in your own community! We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Yamhill County, Multnomah County, Washington County, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Gresham, Oregon City, Happy Valley, Clackamas, West Linn, Cedar Hills, Bethany, West Hills, Raleigh Hills, Scholls, King City, Bridgeport, Canby, Tualatin, Newberg, Wilsonville, Forest Grove, Banks, North Plains, Helvetia, Happy Valley, Milwaukie, Damascus, Vernonia, Estacada, and Sherwood.
Requirements:

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
18+ years old Compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver Able to pass a background check Willing to assist with personal care Experience in Disability Personal Support, Assisted Living, or Community Care preferred Reliable, insured transportation required Willing to travel up to 30 miles one way CNA Certification a plus Bilingual a plus Ability to work with some or all of the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts
