We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team at: www.cascadesofbend.com/about/meet-our-team Simply put, as a Caregiver in our Memory Care, you will: Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living We are looking for great people that encompass: Care and compassion Open-mindedness The desire to make a difference If you have the above qualities, we are willing to mentor and train you to be part of the caregiving team at a Cascade Living Group community.
