On Call employees are offered the next available full time position. The Caregiver role at Blue Haven is fast paced and fun! We are a small privately owned community of 16 residents that believes in the value of all people. We are currently seeking to add a teammate who is especially reliable and flexible, with the ability to be on call. The ideal candidate communicates well with residents and co-workers, responds to emergencies, fosters teamwork and communication, helps elderly residents with dementia perform ADL's, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, meal assistance, medication administration, mobility, laundry, light housekeeping, and supervision. Experience in Memory Care is preferred, but will train the right person! A person who is KIND, FLEXIBLE, COMPASSIONATE, HONEST, THOROUGH, and FUN is exactly what we are looking for!
