Affordable at Home Care has seven locations across the state and we are in need of a Caregiver Supervisor in our Eugene office. This position is Monday-Friday, 8-5. The CS focuses on screening caregiver candidates, hiring, onboarding, supervising and managing schedules for all caregiving team members. The Caregiver Supervisor works hand-in-hand with the Client Services Coordinator to take on new clients and assign caregivers based on client's care needs. The Caregiver Supervisor works directly under the supervision of the agency's Administrator. The CS will not only be who all caregivers directly report to, they will manage quality of care provided to our treasured clientele. The Caregiver Supervisor communicates diligently with our client base to update them on any schedule changes and fields any scheduling requests or concerns voiced related to a caregiver. A warm, welcoming and supportive personality is required. Once the CS is up to speed in their position, they will become part of an on-call rotation which includes certain weekday evenings and every 3rd weekend. During that on-call rotation, the CS will field phone calls and manage any urgent needs such as callouts. Minutes accumulated actively attending to work-related matters are recorded/tracked and compensated utilizing flex time that can be claimed at the team member's discretion.   • Answering and directing phone calls as needed
  • Consistent interaction with care staff
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts between care staff and clients
  • Constant and precise communication between care staff and clients
  • Prompt and timely follow ups with care staff and clients (text & phone)
  • Counsel care staff as needed
  • Able to problem solve and mitigate conflict in a professional manner
  • Communicate honestly with office team members about challenges
  • Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings
  • Learn and become completely familiar with scheduling software (WellSky)
  • Enter data and notes into the CRM (WellSky) daily, sometimes hourly.
  • Help build and foster a supportive atmosphere with care staff
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude even in stressful situations
  • Constant attention on making sure the schedule is filled
  • Able to prioritize, complete and document tasks Some of the qualifications for the Scheduling Coordinator are:
  • H.S. Diploma or GED.
  • Computer skills such as MS Office, MS Excel and CRM experience
  • Basic medical and non-medical terminology helpful
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in regards to scheduling
  • Ability to recognize and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to follow and carry out direction
  • Able to multi-task and organize client schedules simultaneously
  • Experience working in a professional setting with office etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently as part of a team
  • Problem solving abilities and strategies
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline
