_ Essential Functions Communicating in English with all residents, families, and visitors. Must be self-motivated and can work independently and make decisions. Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented. Pleasant, professional, and personal manner. Duties Duties include but are not limited to: Providing Care of residents Maintaining required training Continuous quality improvement Maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines Safety Compliance Team Effectiveness Perform other duties as assigned or needed Supervision Reports to the Health Services Director Education & Licensing Required…….High School Diploma or equivalent Certification as required by the state Experience Required…….Minimum one year's experience in a caregiving role or similar function. Preferred…….Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Working Conditions Verbally able to articulate in person and over the phone. Able to communicate in written form and complete documentation as required by state and community policies. Must be able to work under pressure, to resolve conflicts, to prioritize tasks, and follow through with ideas. Excellent verbal and written skills, and interpersonal skills and company regulations. Physical Requirements Sitting, walking, bending, reading, written and verbal communication, and lifting to 50 pounds.' '
