What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support and companionship to residents by: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Helping residents with meals, hydration, and snacks Supporting resident comfort, dignity, and independence Building positive relationships with residents and families Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to leadership Assisting with activities, social engagement, and daily routines Documenting care and observations accurately Working closely with the care team to provide quality resident-centered care What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to help others Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required Experience in senior living, memory care, healthcare, or customer service is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing compassionate care Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when needed Why Join Pacific Grove?
